Account Management
Your h4444 account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place within your account, whether or not you have authorised that activity. h4444 treats all actions taken from within a logged-in account as actions authorised by the account holder. All deposits are credited to the User's account wallet in real time upon confirmation by the payment provider. h4444 is not responsible for delays caused by network outages, scheduled maintenance of payment providers, or processing delays on the part of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the h4444 account. h4444 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts belonging to another person, or payment methods that were not used for at least one prior deposit on the account. This policy exists to protect account holders against fraud and to comply with anti-money laundering requirements. Where a User's registered payment method is no longer active, they must contact support to update their withdrawal destination before a withdrawal request can be approved.
All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and winnings are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). h4444 does not accept or disburse funds in any foreign currency. If a User attempts to deposit via a payment method that converts from a foreign currency, the conversion is the responsibility of the payment provider and any conversion costs or discrepancies are borne by the User. h4444 displays balances and transaction histories in BDT only.
h4444 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard processed withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. However, if a User requests a withdrawal that requires manual processing outside standard operating hours, or if the User has not met bonus wagering requirements attached to a deposit, the withdrawal may be held until those conditions are satisfied. Bonus funds that have not completed their wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal.
Bonuses and Promotions
h4444 offers promotional bonuses to eligible users from time to time, including welcome bonuses for new accounts and reload bonuses for existing users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
All bonuses issued by h4444 are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. Termination and Suspension
Either party may terminate the agreement governed by these Terms at any time. A User may close their h4444 account by contacting support via live chat. Upon receipt of a closure request from a verified account holder who is not under active investigation and has no outstanding bonus wagering requirements, h4444 will process any remaining verified balance to the User's registered payment method and close the account within 5 business days. h4444 may terminate a User's account at any time for cause, as described in Section 3.2 of these Terms.
Upon termination by h4444 for cause, any bonus balances in the account will be forfeited. Real-money balances that are not linked to outstanding bonus wagering requirements or an active fraud investigation will be assessed and, if cleared, returned to the User's registered payment method within the timeframe specified by h4444 at the time of closure. h4444 is not obligated to return funds where a User has been found to have breached these Terms in a way that has caused loss or damage to h4444 or other users.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, h4444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the h4444 platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to platform downtime; failure of a payment provider to process a deposit or withdrawal in a timely manner; loss of data resulting from device failure or network disruption; or decisions made by users based on information displayed on h4444 that was subject to a technical error.
h4444's total aggregate liability to any User arising out of these Terms or the use of h4444 services, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User to h4444 in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
